The next chapter in Typography & Layout Design: Grid Systems!!
I was totally bored thorough this project BUT I think this became one of my most exciting projects this year! My personal objective was to make an extremely boring topic fun!! How? I decided to bake it! :D
Using my grid system inspired by the modern clean lines of Josef Muller-Brockmann, I developed a simple but quite boring grid to work with. Then using a variety of cakes and crumbs (both bought and home-made by myself) I re-created my grid in a 3D format. I managed to make two! I was extremely happy with the outcome, and even more happy when I got to eat them after!! Result!!
